Introduction to the Inspiring Janine Tate
Janine Tate was an incredible woman who made an impact on the world in so many ways. She was a wife, mother, businesswoman, and philanthropist. She was also a cancer survivor and an advocate for early detection and treatment of the disease.
Janine was born in Australia in 1955. She was the youngest of four children. Her parents were both schoolteachers. Janine was a bright child and did well in school. She excelled in English and literature. After high school, she attended the University of Melbourne, where she earned a degree in English.
Janine Tate married her husband, Michael, in 1980. Together, they had four children. Janine was a stay-at-home mom while her children were young. In her spare time, she volunteered at her children’s school and was active in the PTA.
